Q. Anatomy Of Cardiovascular System?
Ans :-
• Cardiovascular System :- The Circulatory System Is Refrence To The Role Of Heart In It Is Called As Cardiovascular System.
• Anatomy :-
- Heart is hollow organ / muscular organ that pumps blood through the circulatory system.
- It is about 10cm long.
- The weight of heart is about 220-260 gm.
- The human heart is located in the thoracic cavity , between the two lungs , slightly tilled to left.
- The main bone covering is sternum and ribs.
- The human heart has appropriated size equal to fist of a person.
•The Heart has 4 chamber -
1)Right Atrium
2)Left Atrium
3)Right Ventricle
4)Left Ventricle
• The Upper chamber of heart carry right atrium and left atrium.
• The lower chamber of heart carry right ventricle and left ventricle.
• The upper chamber of heart is called as atrium.
• The lower chamber of heart is called as ventricle.
• The upper end of the heart is called as base.
• The lower end of heart is called as apex.
• Thin walled atria separated is called as inter atrium septum.
• The right and left ventricle separated is called intraventricular inner septum.
• Atria - Receive blood into heart.
• ventricle - Pushing blood out of the heart.
• The Right Atrium Slightly Lower than left atrium because it receives blood from app of part of body through superior and inferior vena cava.
• While, the left one receives blood only from lung. When it comes that to heart after oxygen to two pulmonary vein.
• Right Atrium communicate with right ventricle to a passage called as atrio - ventricular apparatus this process done by "Tricuspid Valve ".
• Left atrium communicate with left ventricle to a similar passage called as atrio - ventricular apparatus this process done by "bicuspid valve".
• LAYER OF HEART :-
• There Are Three Layer -
1)Pericardium
2) myocardium
3)endocardium
1) Pericardium:-
It is outer layer covering of heart made of two layer .
• outer parietal Pericardium.
• Inner visceral Pericardium.
The space between outer parietal and inner visceral Pericardium layer is called Pericardial cavity.
Pericardial cavity contain Pericardium fluid.
It is about 25-30 ml.
• Function :-
1) strong protective sac of heart.
2)protect the heart from over stretching.
2) Myocardium :-
- It is middle layer of heart is formed of cardiac muscle.
- It is responsible for pumping of heart.
- It is involuntary in nature.
3) Endocardium:-
- It is inner layer of heart is called endocardium.
- Internally heart is lied by tissue is called endothelium tissue.
- It is the thin innermost layer of heart.
- It lies the chamber and valves.
- Insource the smooth Flow blood through the heart.
